Satisfaction Guarantee

We are excited to support you on your dahlia journey - they are such rewarding flowers and plants! We want you to be successful and have a great growing season! We guarantee your dahlia tuber will be true to type, and arrive in good condition with at least one visible eye. Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if you have any concerns. After 7 days, the buyer assumes full responsibility. Please note we cannot be responsible for damage due to pests, weather, growing or storage conditions, negligence, or plant performance. Any replacements or refunds will be at our discretion.

Substitutions: 

Sometimes things go poorly during storage and we are unable to ship some or all of your order. If this occurs, we will reach out to determine if you would prefer a refund or offer a substitution if we can offer one.
